asked the President of the Board of Trade why, when Statutory Instrument No. 205 was laid before Parliament it was not accompanied by the Related Schedule U.F. 6 without which Statutory Instrument No. 205 was incapable of interpretation.

Statutory Instrument No. 205 was in fact accompanied by Related Schedule U.F. 6 when it was laid on 8th February, 1951.
