§ Mr. EdeMr. A. S. Dunlap arrived at London Airport on 6th February at 9.15 p.m. and was allowed to land in transit at 11.20 p.m. when it was established that he intended to travel to the U.S.A. next day. He was questioned at some length because there were grounds for thinking that his purpose in coming to this country was to stir up industrial unrest in order to further his own business interests.
