Mr. Amoryasked the Minister of Supply whether he is aware that there is now a delay of about two years in the delivery of three-inch and four-inch cast iron pipes to water authorities, and that this is holding up work in connection with the provision of rural water supplies: and what action is being taken to increase supplies.
