Mr. Thornton-Kemsley

asked the Minister of Food if he will give the percentages in monetary value of the manufacturing meat issued to general butchers, Group 2, and to manufacturers comprised in each of Groups 1, 3 and 4, in the week ended 18th March last.

The estimates are as follow:

  • General Butchers, Group II—38 per cent.
  • Manufacturers, Group I—34 per cent.
  • Manufacturers, Group III—1.5 per cent.
  • Manufacturers, Group IV—26.5 per cent.
