§ Mr. P. Noel-BakerThe reduction may amount to about 200,000 tons if the reductions have to be maintained during the remaining winter months. I am informed by my right hon. Friend the Minister of Transport that discussions with the shipping industry and the overseas bunker proprietors are now taking place, in order that this reduction may be made without any dislocation of shipping services.
