§ Mr. P. Noel-BakerI have appointed Councillor Mrs. F. H. Cantwell, J.P., to be Chairman of the Domestic Coal Consumers' Council. Mrs. Cantwell is a London housewife with an excellent record of public service. I am sure the House will wish her well in the onerous duties she is about to undertake.
