§ Mr. IsaacsIt is impossible to estimate the cost of holding a family budget inquiry in 1950–51 until decisions have been taken on various matters such as the 185W classes of persons to be covered and the number of budgets to be collected, the amount of detail to be sought, the payments, if any, to be made to the households, and the agency through which the information would be collected.
