§ 115. Wing-Commander Hulbertasked the Minister of Pensions if military casualties in Korea will receive British war pensions for wounds received in action; and if pensions will be granted to dependants notwithstanding that British troops are fighting under the United Nations flag.
§ Mr. MarquandYes, members of His Majesty's Forces involved in military operations in the Korea area are fully covered, in respect of injuries, by the war pensions provisions which I administer; and in the regrettable event of their death their dependants are similarly covered.
