§ 114. Mr. D. Jonesasked the Minister of Works whether he is aware that important housing contracts, in both West Hartlepool and Stockton-on-Tees, are being held up because of the difficulties being experienced in securing deliveries of cement; and whether, in these circumstances, he will have an inquiry instituted for the purpose of ascertaining the cause of this hold up in the supply of this essential house building material.
