asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs how many German prisoners of war from Western Germany are still held by the Russians, who are known to have been sentenced to 171W terms of imprisonment before the date of their release as prisoners of war became due; and what representations have been made to the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics on this matter.
