Mr. Philips Priceasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will make a statement to assure the nations on the eastern border of the region affected by the Atlantic Pact that those participating in that pact are morally bound to give all help to threatened members but that commitment to war and supplies to carry it on must in democratic countries have Parliamentary sanction.
