§ Mr. AlexanderA considerable amount of publicity for these Reserves has been232W given in ministerial speeches in pamphlets and in other ways. We hope, however, that as many men as possible in Class Z and similar Reserves will volunteer to join the Reserve and Auxiliary Forces which undertake training. At present publicity is being concentrated to this end.
