§ Mr. A. HendersonYes. Wives of members of the R.A.F. in the United Kingdom do not have a service qualification, and the same rules apply to them as to other civilians. If they are not living at their qualifying address at the time of a Parliamentary election, they may vote by post if they apply to their registration officer to be treated as absent voters. Application forms can be obtained from the appropriate registration officer.
