§ Mr. BevanThe information referred to in the first part of the Question is not available. As regards the second part, 176 houses were approved for subsidy under Section 3 of the Housing (Financial Provisions) Act, 1938 (as amended), between April and December, 1946, and 232 houses in 1947.
