§ 93. Mr. K. Lindsayasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs with which countries His Majesty's Government have concluded Cultural Conventions and what new powers are given under such Conventions to his Department.
Mr. McNeilCultural Conventions have been concluded with Belgium, Brazil, Czechoslovakia, Norway and France. Their provisions do not call for the exercise of any new powers by any Department of His Majesty's Government.
