§ Mr. BelcherThe campaign which the hon. Member presumably has in mind is that concerned with cleanliness in handling food. Supplementary coupons for towels are already issued for workers in the catering and food trades, as well as for those in factories and some other occupations. Supplies of towels are not sufficient to allow these arrangements to be extended to offices.
