asked the Minister of Food if he is aware that all members of the Manchester and District Fruit and Vegetable Distribution Committee are wholesalers; and if he will add some retailers to the committee.

If my hon. Friend is referring to the committee responsible for allocating our imported fruit to retailers in Manchester and the surrounding districts, it comprises 12 members, six of whom are retailers.
