Member is not readily available, since my Department keeps no record of the number of skilled workers in Air Ministry establishments who have been indentured in the aeronautical industry. Awards of merit pay to dilutee workers are limited by an agreement made on the Engineering Trades Joint Council for Government industrial establishments.
