§ Mr. WoodburnI have considered the representations from Buckhaven town council and I would refer the hon. Member to the statement on the capital investment programme made yesterday by my right hon. Friend the Minister for Economic Affairs. I hope shortly to issue a circular to local authorities in Scotland about the effect of the new proposals on the housing programme.
