asked the Postmaster-General what is the number of outstanding applications for installation of the telephone in St. Marylebone to the latest convenient date; and what is the present rate of installation.

Including cases in course of provision, there are about 300 outstanding applications for telephone service in the borough of St. Marylebone. The present rate of installation is also about 300 new exchange lines per month.
