Rations are allowed for pigs and poultry kept on holdings that are registered as having maintained this kind of stock in 1939 and 1940: where, therefore, the original occupier has since vacated the holding, the rations are available for the stock of the succeeding occupiers who may be regarded as carrying on the business.
