asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether His Majesty's Government still maintains a prohibition against the ex-Mufti's return to Palestine; and for how long it proposes to continue it.

There is no intention of authorising any relaxation of the order under which the Mufti is excluded from Palestine.
