asked the Minister of Fuel and Power whether, in cases where permanent damage to plant of a serious nature must result from the complete cessation of supply of either generating or electrical current, he will give favourable consideration to the supply of minimum quantities.

Yes, Sir. Electricity undertakings were notified to this effect on 8th February.
