§ 110. Mr. Lipsonasked the Secretary of State for War if he is aware that mail posted by R.A.F. personnel stationed at Buckeburg, N., Germany, has taken five weeks to reach this country; and if he will take steps to remove this delay which is causing anxiety to their families at home.
