§ Mr. Viantasked the Minister of Education whether he is aware that the Litherland public vaccinator has been vaccinating children in Litherland schools without the knowledge of the Education Officer or the Divisional Education Executive Committee; what evidence he has of other public vaccinators vaccinating at schools in school hours; whether any notification is sent to parents in regard to these vaccinations; and which of the Orders of his Ministry empower public vaccinators to enter schools for the purpose of vaccinating children.
