§ Mr. J. HyndOne S.P.D. and one C.D.U. representative elected to the Gemeinde and Kreis Councils were found to be ineligible and have not taken their places. Two S.P.D. members and one C.D.U. have not taken their places for372W private reasons. I am not aware of any other cases.
