§ Mr. Jannerasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether his attention has been drawn to the complaints about the frequent breakdown in the supply of light and power in the Jerusalem district; and, in view of the fact that the Jerusalem Electric Corporation has the sole concession for the supply of electricity in that district, if he will look into the matter and take such steps as may be necessary to secure an improvement in the service.
