§ Mr. de FreitasI am afraid men have to wait some time for training as motor boat crew at present, mainly because of our shortage of instructors. While they are waiting, we are employing them at various stations, either on work which helps to even out the release programme, or to get some preliminary practical experience in the duties of motor boat crew.
