§ 117. Mr. Parkerasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs how many officers having salaries of £1,200 a year and over have been retired from his Department before the age of 60, each year since the beginning of 1943; and how many officers from the Consular or the Commercial Diplomatic Service have been transferred, at salaries of £1,200 a year and over, to purely diplomatic posts each year since the beginning of 1943.
