§ Mr. StracheyThe descriptions of oils to which the Oilseeds, Vegetable Oils and Fats and Marine Oils (Control) Order, 1939, applies are specified in the Second Schedule to that Order. Whether an oil of the mixed character described in the Question falls within the scope of the Order can be determined authoritatively only by a Court of Law in the light of evidence as to the constitution of the oil.
