§ 105. Major N. Macphersonasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he will arrange for a number of motor cars to be earmarked out of the export quota for sale to doctors in country districts who are no longer able to perform their duties satisfactorily owing to lack of reliable transport.
§ Mr. MarquandThe motor trade have undertaken to give preference to orders for motor cars needed for doctors in their work, and I do not consider that a reduction of the export quota is necessary for the success of these efforts.
