§ Mr. BevanI have on several occasions tried to make it clear that I do not want regional boards to be conferences of representatives, or delegates, but groups of the most effective people for the job. Pharmacists may or may not be members of boards, on this principle, but I cannot agree to giving them representation as pharmacists.
