Mr. Isaacs:

On the average the present time lag between acceptance for training in building and decorating and commencement of training is about three months.

Mr. Isaacs:

At the moment there are about 6,000 and 750 fully occupied places for training in building and painting and decorating respectively but the training facilities are continually being expanded.
