§ Mr. WillinkIt is not intended that such features should be reproduced in houses owned by local authorities that are being reinstated. The question of reinstating a house in a form different from its form immediately before the occurrence of the war damage is a matter primarily for the owner to decide, but he would be well advised to consult the War Damage Commission, since the amount of the Commission's payment may be affected.
