The Attorney-GeneralThe Law Revision Committee's Report to which the hon. Member refers formed the basis of the Limitation Act, 1939, which embodied substantialy all of the Committee's recommendations. So far as I am aware, no further alteration to the Statutes of Limitation have been made; but I might refer my hon. Friend to the Bill which has just been introduced in another place, and which proposes certain temporary amendments in this branch of the law necessitated by war conditions.
