§ Mr. Noel-BakerI am satisfied that the longitudinal marking of roads by reflector studs is of great benefit to traffic where the standard of street lighting is not such as to obviate the need for the use of headlamps, and I have no doubt that highway authorities will continue and extend the practice in appropriate conditions.
