§ Squadron-Leader Flemingasked the Minister of Health whether he has considered a letter, dated 17th November, 1945, from the chairman of Ideal Flats Ltd., drawing his attention to the conduct of certain tenants under the Rent Restrictions Act; and what reply has he made thereto.
§ Mr. BevanThe letter did not in terms ask for a reply, but the chairman of the company has been interviewed. The letter was printed, with a printed enclosure, and it is understood that it is being sent to all members of the Standing Committee which is now considering the Furnished Houses (Rent Control) Bill.
