§ Mr. BarnesAny immediate improvement in ferry services is dependent upon the various authorities responsible for the ferries, but, as I stated on 22nd October in my reply to my hon. Friend the Member for North Edinburgh (Mr. Willis), a survey is being made of water barriers to transport with a view to the consideration of providing better transport facilities.
