§ Mr. IsaacsThe question of compensatory leave to workers required to carry on during the V-Days is a matter for settlement through the normal machinery of negotiation. So far as Government employees are concerned, full compensatory arrangements have been agreed, and I have no doubt that employers generally will wish to follow the Government lead in this matter so far as is practicable.
