§ Sir T. Moore
asked the Attorney General whether his attention has been called to recent prosecutions under antiquated Acts of Parliament which are inappropriate to war-time conditions, and whether he proposes to take any action to prevent the law being thus brought into disrepute.
§ The Attorney-General
If my hon. and gallant Friend feels that some particular Act or Acts are antiquated and inappropriate to modern conditions and will let me know, I will certainly consider his representations. The Act may be the concern of one or other of the Departments, 253W in which case my hon. Friend would have to make his representation to the Minister concerned.
