Bowerasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he is aware that considerable dissatisfaction exists in some branches of the Control Commission (Military Section) owing to the fact that they have no idea what their position is and are unable to obtain any information on the subject; and if he will take steps to see that this state of affairs is brought to an end as quickly as possible.
