asked the Secretary of State for India if it is his intention to publish the Report on Welfare in India and Burma submitted by Lord Munster as a result of his visit to that theatre of war.

asked the Secretary of State for India whether the Earl of Munster's Report on the Welfare of Troops in India will be published as a White Paper.

My Noble Friend's report was issued as a White Paper yesterday and is available in the Vote Office.
