§ Mr. Bellengerasked the Secretary of State for War whether soldiers discharged under King's Regulations, paragraph 390 (xviii) (a), are eligible to draw their postwar credits on discharge?
1231W
§ Sir J. GriggNo, Sir. As stated in my reply to the hon. Member on 2nd February, post-war credits are specially released for payment to persons invalided out of the Service or to the estate in the event of death. Otherwise, like Income Tax post-war credits, they do not become payable until after the war.
