HC Deb 30 March 1943 vol 388 cc45-6W
Mr. E. Walkden

asked the President of the Board of Trade the number of licences to trade granted by the local price regulation committee of a town, of which he has been informed, to tailors since the opening of an Officer Cadet Training Unit camp in the neighbourhood; whether licences are required for the said tailors to trade at a certain nearby village; and whether he will avoid trade concentration of this type and the waste of man-power involved?

Mr. Dalton

I am making inquiries and will let my hon. Friend know the result.
