§ Colonel StanleyAccording to my latest telegraphic reports from the Governors, there is an adequate supply of essential foodstuffs in each West Indian Colony. In reply to the second part of the Question, I consider that a nutrition survey is very desirable. The hon. Member will, however, appreciate that it is far from easy at this time to find an expert whose services can be spared.
