§ Sir A. DuncanThere are two deputy directors of medical supplies, Messrs. H. Wilkinson and A. Mortimer. They are responsible, under the director, for planning the production of all medical supplies. Mr. Wilkinson is a permanent civil Servant. Mr. Mortimer's services were lent to the Ministry of Supply, without charge to public funds, by the Wholesale Drug Trade Association, of which he was and is the paid secretary. On joining the Ministry he ceased active participation in the day-to-day administration of the Association.
