§ Mr. Naylorasked the Secretary of State for War what is the correct rationing allowance, nine days or 10 days, for men in the Royal Army Ordnance Corps stationed in England when proceeding on quarterly leave; and whether all Royal Army Ordnance depots are bound by the same rule in issuing the allowances?
§ Sir J. GriggThe usual period of leave in all arms of the Service is nine days, but my hon. Friend will realise that it is impossible to keep to this period meticulously in every case. The leave rate of ration allowance is normally issued for every day of such leave.
