§ Mr. JohnstoneCertain stocks of foodstuffs (principally wheat) are already available and the possibility of accumulating further stocks of foodstuffs, and also medical supplies and clothing, is under active consideration. The question1222W of the appropriate organisation for holding and distributing relief stocks is a matter which concerns all the United Nations, and His Majesty's Government are in consultation with the United States Government and other United Nations on this subject.
