§ The Prime MinisterAs a Peer of the Realm the whole field of Parliamentary duties and activities is open to Lord Reith. I understand also that he has undertaken work under the Admiralty with the rank of temporary lieutenant-commander. I should be very glad if opportunity arose of making use of his services in a wider sphere but these are not matters which can suitably be ventilated at Question time.
