As I have already indicated, however, I am discussing with groups representing the local authorities, the medical profession, and voluntary hospitals, proposals for the setting up of a National Health Service. I have also the benefit of the advice of my medical advisory committee whose composition and terms of reference were set out in the reply given to my hon. Friend the Member for St. Albans (Sir F. Fremantle) on 26th November last.
